Black-Eyed Fae Elisa Tudor received her Bachelor's degree in Art from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA., with an emphasis in ceramics and painting.
After taking time off to raise her three children, she worked as a designer and production artist for Evans Designs where she learned a great deal about ceramic design and the art of slumped glass.
Elisa began painting fairies in watercolor and says, "I love the lightness and variety of color and texture that I get using watercolor." Her influences are Brian Froud, Frida Kahlo, William Morris, Arthur Rackham, and too many more to name.
